Pros: Great size. Okay speed (especially for playing MP3s). Tiny LED.
Cons: Difficult to attach to keyring or lanyard.

I use mine mostly for music for my car stereo (which has a slot for USB flash drives to play MP3s), so speed isn't a big factor. I have a few other flash drives, but they have annoying flashing LEDs that are too bright at night.

This one has a tiny amber LED that only flashes while writing is in progress. Awesome.

My only gripe about these is the lanyard "hole". It's tooooo darn small. It won't fit on a keyring. Too small for a zip-tie. I had to use a piece of thin wire to make a loop so I could put it on my keyring.

Other than that, mine is working well. Not the fastest flash drive on the market, but the cost per gig is okay.

Update on speed I get with mine (Pentium 4, 2.8GHz, WinXP SP3):
Write: 4MB/sec
Read: 10MB/sec
I use MediaMonkey to sync my music to the flash drive, I don't really care how fast it writes. I usually just replace some of the music at one time, so I'm not writing a full 32GB. And it reads just fine in my MP3 media player. The tiny size is perfect so I can leave it in the media player when I take the face off. Others are just too big and I have to remove them all the time.

Yes. I can get a slightly faster Kingston 32GB for the same price, but much bigger & clunkier.

If you really want speed, it's going to cost you a LOT more:
