Looney Tunes Platinum Collection: Volume 1 (Ultimate Collector's Edition) on Blu-ray for $34.99 + free shipping
This is a good deal on a childhood favorite on Blu-ray.

Thinking about buying this for my 3 week old. This way when she gets older she can see real cartoons and not the chit they put out today.
Hmm. Tempting, but I'd rather wait for a collection that gets me the whole thing. Personally, I'd rather have it on DVD too. For cartoons, I don't need that extra quality and I'd prefer doing without the DRM. That's just me though.
DVD has DRM...just sayin'
+1!
It's got "One Froggy Evening" on it, with Michigan J Frog.
My wife and I used to collect MJF paraphernalia before the WB Channel
started using him as their mascot :(
Ordered it earlier today. It's cheaper than the standard version at this price and the "Ultimate Collector's Edition" linked here has some bonus physical stuff (source: Amazon):
- Character collectible glass featuring Bugs Bunny
- Souvenir tin sign magnet featuring an image of Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck
- Framed litho-cel featuring your favorite Looney Tunes characters
- Certificate of authenticity!
- Digibook with rare images and cartoon guide by historian Jerry Beck (same digibook & disc as Blu-ray)
The inclusion of "What's Opera, Doc?" made me pull the trigger. It's one of the best cartoon shorts of all time (says me). On youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQlmXU1zqfc
