Brian de Palma's "Phantom of the Paradise" is one of those crazy films you can never forget after you've seen it. Made in the same era as "Tommy" and "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," this Phantom of the Opera spin-off keeps you constantly off-balance with shocking visuals and wild musical numbers. At the heart of it is a great performance by William Finley (who passed away last April).
