Apparently Cowboom is rotating their deal of the day, so the price and item details may be different than posted...

[Edit] And sure enough, the item has changed twice since I posted the deal.

It was 69.99 when I just looked now...weird

and then I click the link again and it's 79.99 WTF? thats suspect

these are for used ones. Bleh!

How come when I clicked the link it became the 5th generation of Nano, not 6th?

They're cycling through the flavors of nanos. Clever idea. Turn insufficient inventory into a sales gimmick.

This is a very suspect site. I'm wondering if anyone has any experiences with these jokers. Also please note most of these products are flat out USED. Not refurbished or even factory refurbished and with no accessories. Site says "May be in working condition".

@techguy125: I purchased a PS3 from Cowboom. They're legit. They're part of Best Buy.

@rsmoker: I hope you recognize the irony of your statement.

Cowboom is indeed part of Best Buy. This particular deal is kind of like their version of a Woot-off, except with just iPods. They are rotating the actual item as individual items sell out, so the details like the model, price and condition are changing constantly throughout the day.

At least they are being up front about what items are new, used, or refurbished. I count that as a positive for the vendor when they tell you right off that what you're buying is something used. Caveat emptor, as is usual with internet purchases.

It's $89.99 at the moment for an older pink Nano.

Pass.

@rsmoker: I dont really put best buy and legit together, haha thats funny!

i bought a i3 acer laptop here last year for my dad. the description was Pre-Owned, and the missing items were documentation and OS... I didnt care as long as it came with unit, battery, and charger. the laptop came scratch-free and it looked brand new actually.. i didnt even bother telling my dad it was pre-owned.. he thinks its new haha.

so I can recommend the site. I havent had an opportunity to use the site again but if needed I would definitely buy from them again

iPods? They're still making these things? Doesn't everybody have like 6 already???
