This is an awesome company. Yes, I know that they own Ben's Outlet, and 1 Sale A Day.
I emailed them with a complaint about an item I received, and within 2 days a replacement arrived at my door.
They never questioned my complaint, or asked for the damaged product to be returned.
Thumbs Up from me.

I've also had nothing but good experiences ordering from them. If I wasn't paranoid about tungsten rings not being able to be cut in an emergency, I'd order this right now.

@offensivebias, I have heard this a lot, and I'm not sure where that rumor got started, but it's simply untrue that tungsten rings can't be removed in an emergency. While it is true they can't be cut off, they can be removed by putting them in a vice and cracking them off.

@offensivebias: This is simply an untrue rumor. Tungsten rings will shatter like glass when they're put under pressure. In fact, if you drop them just right on a hard surface, they have been known to break.

I've had mine for nearly 6 years now and it's held up really well. Still looks like it did when I got it.

Please do some research about things yourself before spreading wild rumors. It's easy and takes just a few minutes.

@capguncowboy: Thank you for the extra information, but I did say "cut." It's good to know they can be broken, but, as I said, I'm paranoid. Would whoever is trying to remove my ring know this? If so, would they have a vice on hand? Would they be able to get a vice around my ring in that situation?

@offensivebias: Emergency workers are trained on how to properly identify and know how to remove different types of jewelry in emergency situations. A C-Clamp or a pair of vice-grips can be used on Tungsten the same as a bench-vice, and they are quite portable. Here's a helpful video.

A friend of mine is a paramedic and he said they carry all the necessary tools on the Ambulance for jewelry removal
