I'm missing something here - the price shown is $24.97, not $14.97. Is there a coupon or something? I do understand it's In-Store only.

Go to Google, search 409904, click on "Shopping" on the left, you'll (hopefully) see "$15 nearby", click on nearby. A map with your local Home Depots will come up. Some are $24.97 and some are $14.97 and a lot of those are listed as out of stock. My closest one is 42 mi away, so I might be saving electricity but I'd waste it in gas. :-/

@salazarjohn: The price depends on where you live...as stated numerous times above.

"My local energy co is currently offering a $10 rebate per bulb making these under $5 for me."

What's the energy company and what state are you in? Not every state and energy company will be offering rebates. I think the description and title need to be changed.

@gmwhit: maybe Home Depot is changes its price based on your zip code?? the website shows $14.97 for me.

@kay0sth30ry: The title does not refer to my local energy company's rebate - So I'm not sure what you suggest should be changed in the title. The website shows $14.97. The comment regarding my local rebate bringing my price to $4.97 was in the description. For those it might apply to - my energy company is United Power, although you would need to check with your electric company.

@lpjonas: Could be by zip code. I did try another one in a different state, it was the same price - $24.97.

I wait for the Pharox 300 for $10 or 200 Blu sales which they have periodically. Good quality and great price.

@gmwhit: $24.97 /EA-Each in my hometown too! Too bad....

@lpjonas: Like many others, my local website (zip 10013, NYC) shows $24.97, not $14.97.

The title now shows $24.97, which conflicts with your description, where you paid only $5 after a $10 rebate.

I'd definitely buy one if the final cost is $5 but compact fluorescents are way more cost effective and flexible these days.

I'm showing $24.97 in Orlando FL, West Palm Beach FL, Jacksonville FL, and Brunswick GA. So, no luck along my regular path of operations. You guys showing $14.97, please list your city/state or zip code, please. :-)

I'm showing $14.97. It detected my local store as Hackensack, NJ (Store #983).

Moderator - I'm not sure why this was edited back to $24.97. This is still a good deal at $14.97 for my zip code 80602 - and many others as stated in the comments. I think some folks might miss out due to legitimate deal for many.
