Their website states 'One day only sale' but they run this deal occasionally although SELDOM with Free Shipping. So that makes this a really good deal.

Usually think GNC is overpriced and in store they're pushy about selling nonsensical supplements, but this is a good deal. Thanks for sharing.
I was going to order these yesterday! I am soo glad I waited till today! Thanks a lot for posting!
I usually don't buy GNC supplements because they are overpriced IMO but took advantage of this offer to buy a couple bottles for me and a couple for family members. Thanks for the deal!
This deal comes around about every two weeks. Don't sweat it if you miss out today!
@dome555: They are sales people after all. When shopping in-store I usually go directly to what I want and then directly to the sales counter. They're like sharks, if they smell the least little bit of doubt they will capitalize upon it and try and sell you $300 worth of product.
@dome555: lol, just saw your post after refreshing the page - I had the deals page up for over a half hour while I browsed the vitamins, making my selections. Couldn't agree more!
@me4tj: according to the OP it's the free shipping that makes this one stand out
@me4tj: I agree that they offer it occasionally but there are more often stretches where they offer the buy one get one 50% off deal over this one. The BO50% deal is nowhere as good a deal as this one.
@jimmyd103: Yes, I know what you mean. I went in there a couple months ago just to buy a gift card for my girlfriend's kid who likes their bodybuilding supplements. The clerk tried to sell me on an entire vitamin regimen for myself.
@chipgreen: They sort of give me a complex. You need this (+$) ....you need that (+$) .... What you are not taking this (+$) ...... Oh this is much better than that (+$$$)..... I've never had them say, oh you don't need to be taking this it's just an overpriced version of that..... You could save some money. Ha
Six months worth of high quality vitamins for around fifty bucks? Count me in!
Retailmenot has a working 15% code as well. Doesn't apply to the 9.99 sale, but if you're like me and went through the clearance page, realized you had 3 chronic conditions, and decided that a life-transforming fitness push was contingent upon ordering a palette of powders, creams, and elixirs, it will save you a few bucks.
Just ordered this, excellent post.
Thanks!
In for 3 megamen regular
@kevin8er: I'm on Atkins right now and I know I am not getting the right amount of nutrients from what I am eating, so I have to take a multi-vitamin.
But it is true that if you are eating "normally" you really don't need one but for anyone on a low carb diet I would highly recommend it.
@kevin8er: Well that is a pretty common response I hear regarding multi's. As with everything, there are differing opinions.
http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-and-supplements/nutrition-vitamins-11/choose-multivitamin
The logic that I most agree with is that the food we consume today is not the same Quality as was when our parents were kids. Increasing pesticides, fertilizers, etc have seriously affected the nutritional quality of our food. Not to mention the majority of food we eat is processed, over-processed, and just plain not good for us. I can't and don't eat a well balanced diet and therefore I am not getting all of the vitamins and nutrients that my body needs. That's just a fact of my lifestyle. So, I supplement with multivitamins and let my body absorb the vitamins that are deficient and the rest simply pass through.
Now it's true that you can over-do-it with multi's and they can have a negative affect on your body. I prescribe to the old addage 'everything in moderation'
@dome555: Most of the stores are franchises, so YMMV. My local store is definitely overpriced, even compared to the normal GNC website prices, but the sales people aren't pushy. Judgmental yes, but not pushy.
I wouldn't take these. There are new studies that show people who use multis actually live shorter lives on average. If you want to take multis at least get a whole food based one in a gelcap or liquid. More expensive but if you do your research on how they get the "vitamins" into multis you'd likely reconsider.
And guy on Atkins... does atkins prevent you from eating vegetables? Organ meats? Etc. I don't eat grains or other mice food so I'm kind of Atkins but I don't believe I'm missing anything save maybe some vitamin K or D every now and then.
I had a lap band about 6 months (and 80 lbs) ago and require a quality multi-vitamin. The MegaMens has the exact same vitamins and minerals in the same or higher concentrations as the "bariatric" vitamins my surgeon sells.
Obviously, if you're on medically mandated supplements, check with your doctor before switching. Mine had no problem with me switching other than he's losing $60/mo for his overpriced vitamins.
@jimmyd103: It is fine to have an opinion. I'm just sayin' that none of what you said or the link is backed up by clinical research. It's just opinion.
@zapp brannigan: My wife did the Atkins also and was able to still eat a proper diet and get the proper vitamins. You are basically just removing sugar from your diet.
@jeremydrake: vegetables and organ meats ftw!
@jeremydrake: Most vegetables are high in carbs, induction stage basically means no veg at all for a few days then on phase 1 it's still not many veg other than cabbage and radish and lettuce.
@zollars23: I used to take Usana vitamins. A multi and an antioxidant. Those ran me about $60 a month. When the wife started taking them along with me it became too expensive. Usana vitamins are registered with the FDA and theirs are pharmaceutical grade, www.usana.com I highly recommend their supplements if you can afford them. For the rest of us feeling the effects of the recession, GNC is acceptable.
I had a similar experience, the Usana compared to the GNC is very similar.
@zapp brannigan: I think you need to re-read the book. Most veggies aren't high in effective carbs. Potatoes, yes, but not much else.
Remember, you subtract the carbs from fiber since fiber isn't absorbed by the body.
@jimmyd103: I refuse to believe any claims from a product sold through MLM.
Also, reading their vitamin and mineral content, they are far from being a complete solution. And as far as being "FDA Registered", they are made in an FDA approved facility. All that means is they follow the standards of cleanliness. Sorry, but their website is all hype.
@zollars23: But te best veggies are the ones high in carbs: Corn, Carrots, Potatoes;
To each their own if you think a vitamin is good or not, if you think they are bad more power to you and you don't need to eat them. All I know is that I weighed 178 and doing 5 days of really strict induction I lost 8 lbs. I am adding in more carbs right now just to bring that number to a more "reasonable" amount of weight per week.
@zollars23: Well I really can't comment on the MLM but, I took the vitamins for a year and I have no complaints. I agree with you that there is/was alot of hype associated with them.
its not offering me free shipping (other i sign up for shoprunner) am i missing something?
