@kevinrayli: Click on the deal link, right under the image on the page it says "Redeem Code" - Type in the code. When you buy the music, check your promotional balance first to make sure it applied, then when you purchase something, it will use your promo balance.

So far I'm really digging them both. I'm going to have to listen to just one for a while to really feel them out, but I'm looking forward to it.
