Also, these appear to be quad-band GSM phones, so they might also work with T-mobile? Can anyone with expertise confirm / deny?

EDIT: they appear to be manufactured specifically for AT&T, so probably no T-mobile.

Every time I try to add one to cart, regardless of product grade, it says it is no longer available. Either they are really sold out and never updated, or something isn't going right. Do want one.

This will work on T-Mobile, but you will only get 2G speeds. Only works on Edge, see the frequencies.

It's illegal to unlock new phones only. These phones are preowned and this regulation does not apply here.
