@davesempai: Yes. Yes, they do. I have my eye on one by simplehuman that's currently priced at $163 on Amazon. Why you ask? Because I have a mini dachshund that is a trash can digging fiend. I have tried everything. My latest scheme to foil him is having 1/2 of a large cinder block in the bottom of my trash can. It has worked for the last 3 months but takes up about 25% of the space in the can which leads to trash overflowing faster, more trash bags, rants at the teenagers to do their chores and empty the garbage...you get the picture. $163 seems like a pretty good deal to me all of the sudden LOL.

I dunno ... at that price, it still feels like one is just throwing their money into the garbage bin!
