Great deal, in for two...
I've been watching this item since Black Friday and this is the lowest I've seen it. Great gift for Christmas. In for Four! Plus if you get 4 it will total over $50 and you can use the code SEARS2012 for an extra $5.00 off.
@wofiii: and if you use shop discover you can get double miles
FYI - got information from SEARS directly: Made in Hong Kong. At least not china!
@jonesurquell7: Huh? Thats like saying "Its made in New York, at least not USA"
@jonesurquell7: Hate to break it to you, but Hong Kong is a Chinese territory.
Region actually does indicate varied quality in Chinese goods.
Ah Craftsman, going in dutch with Sears to screw over an American inventor
@wofiii: Sounds like a good idea. 1 for me and 3 gifts.
Anyone who simply thinks 'Hong Kong is China' know very little about either, and gloating knowledge of the little tidbit about its reunification only makes one sound foolish. Not only are territories like Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan very different from 'China' politically; but the quality of manufacturing is also varied. It very much does make a difference where certain Chinese goods are made.
@btalarczyk: You must be thinking of Taiwan.
It is not just because something is made in China then you can automatically assume that is low quality crap. It is called you get what you pay for. The rule will never change: The less you pay, the less you get and the more you pay, the more you get. China can produce very high quality stuffs too. I don't hear people griping about the quality of their pricey iphones and ipads when they are showing them off to their friends.
The issue is not where (China or Taiwan) the knock-off off of the bionic wrench is being made. Rather the issue is that Sears has chosen to screw over an American inventor whose product they were selling. Moreover, the net result of Sears decision to produce a knock-off has resulted in the shut-down of the American company that was producing the made-in-USA Bionic wrench, causing 30 people to be laid off. I suggest people educate themselves on the poor corporate policies that Sears is implementing and act accordingly.
I agree with the guy with the iphone comment. If you are carrying an Iphone then you need to STFU! There are a number of quality products coming from that country!!!
I get what I pay for....that's why I shop WOOT!
@wofiii: Man! 4 is a lot; that means I have to give this stuff away... you know I only care about myself right?
@kourdouvelis: And the Iphone isn't one of them. Drop it lately? Drop a droid... which one takes the beating ;)
Just a heads up, but according to comments on the product web page, there are no torx bits.
In for one! I applied my rewards points from Sears Club and dropped my purchase price to $3.75!! WOOT
Trying to buy but it says it cant add it to my cart. LAME.

Tried to buy this on line yesterday, but stock was depleted. I ordered several other items for store pickup. When I went shopping in-store I found this set for sale at the same price. I bought a set and it does have Torq bits. Lots of tools on sale in-store.
