I did some price checking and this is a good deal. Shipping is $4.99.

As a networking professional, I hate these things ('powerline' networking products); they work poorly, 'dirty' the power sine wave (and so cause interference), and if you own a blender, vacuum or refrigerator will likely see connection drops any time those are in use. I've been called in to 'fix' home networks of people who have set these up; replacement with actual Cat5e cabling is the way to go if possible, or a wifi bridge (on a separate channel from the 'wireless devices' AP) if physical cabling is impossible.

They really are the chicken wire and chewing gum of the networking world. They /kinda/ work, but not really to any acceptable standard.

@talesin: I love chicken wire and chewing gum. Also bailing wire and duct tape. And I love Belkin products! But I understand what you are saying. It's not the best way to do it, but in some situations it's more practical, depending on what you will be using it for.

@talesin: As long as you can keep the cows off the barbed wire, you can transmit appletalk over it ;)

If you're blending the margarita, lag shouldn't be an issue. OTOH, if your SO is blending one for you...
