This is all grain fed. Grain fed beef is not always the best for you. Read up or view up on by watching Food, Inc. http://www.pbs.org/now/shows/523/index.html

I have been an advocate for free range beef long before this show came online anyway. Just the idea of how grain fed beef is, grown bothers me. I promise not to get all militant beyond this post, but I do think folks should know the difference between grain fed and grass fed. ;)
