I have two problems with these shorts -- no pockets and 100% polyester. I work out about 5 days a week and soak my athletic wear in sweat. I like how cotton absorbs. I also like having a place to keep my ear buds and/or MP3 player. Bottomline: these shorts come up short. Pass.

@goldsea: I also workout 4-5 days a week and I disagree with both of your comments. Although the cotton/poly choice is more a matter of preference. Regarding pockets from the item description, "Unlined, Elastic Waist With Interior Drawstring, Hip Pockets, White Piping." As for cotton, I agree that it absorbs sweat during exercise but it holds the sweat meaning that upon exercise completion you have a cold, wet piece of clothing clinging to you. The thought in itself gives me a chill.....
