No Monthly charges.
Why should a Canadian have to pay California State sales tax on an item going to Canada. This is a great option for people outside of the USA

So, if I'm in Wisconsin and order from Amazon, I have to pay Cal state sales taxes and the money stays in California? BTW, at tax time I am obligated to pay WIS state sales tax and my county tax that totals .06% on any internet purchase, including iTunes and digital greeting cards.

this will backfire sooner or later, because almost every US state is now going after collecting sales taxes to increase their coffers. and when they look at taxes that should have been paid in years past from all the records companies keep on their customers, look out.

sometimes the cost of saving a buck or 2 isn't worth it, especially when it's not much and not much trouble to begin with.
