Im in for 4. I purchased one from amazon for ~8$. It makes quick work of any blade. It is not a serious-level sharpening tool for serious blades, but it is just fantastic for your leatherman tools and kitchen knives.

I lost mine to the TSA when i left it in a carryon.

edit: can only buy 3 :(

Wow, I get charged shipping for each item. For two my total is $21.88! That's $5.95 * 2 + $4.99 * 2.

Not worth it, no deal.

I have one, This is a good sharpener for the utilitarian tools. Not the man jewelry. Not your precious. Knife guys know what I'm talkin' about.

I'll leave the price opinion to others.

What function does it serve besides sharpening? Multifunction?

@pleepleus: Amazon sums it up well:

"Pre-set carbides sharpen very dull edges quickly.
Specialy shaped ceramic slot to finish edges and sharpen serrated blades.

Tapered diamond rod for sharpening serrated and standard edges."

So basically sharpening is at least a two step process. Step 1 ~ use the coarse stone at an angle, flip blade repeat. Step 2 ~ use the smoother stone at angle, flip blade repeat.

This has the V shape coarse and fine stone so sharpening is theoretically twice as fast.

The rod is for serrated edges which are best done by hand.

Now, some will scream bloody murder and tell you sharpening is
A metal file
A whetstone
Oil for the whetstone
3M 400 Grit Emery paper
Some paper
And a block of wood

But never you mind that for now.
