Kids love the bubble mower! I wouldn't have thought it needed any improvements into "XLT" but I guess if it's all-terrain... Wish I'd had one as a kid!!

Bought this via PayPal, but was charged 29.95 even though receipt says 17.99 + 1.12 tax. Anyone else have this issue?

I bought this yesterday using PayPal as well, and didn't have any problems like you're getting. You may want to file a complaint with PayPal about the overcharge.

Good catch, however estimated shipping (if you don't spend more than $49 to get the free shipping) came out to $6.79, which puts the price at $19.38. So, not a better deal than this. Of course, one could always see if their local ToyRUs has it in stock for the cheapo price.
