On the landing page it shows "our price" ($17.99 crossed out) and Woot price $16.99, then when you click the green "get woot price" button (the only way I can see to add to cart, the next page shows it is $17.99 and there does not seem to be a code anywhere to enter to get it back down to $16.99 - also, neither of the rebate links seem to work. Ground shipping to California does seem to be reasonable - $6.17 for ground. I'm ready to go for it, even for $18 ($24 shipped) once I can get the rebate form!

I like Targus products and this seems to be a pretty good deal; however, I have vowed to never purchase from Datavision again. I purchased an ac adapter for a camera years ago and they sent me the wrong item. When I contacted them, they indicated that they didn't have the correct item in stock and gave me an RMA number to send the item back. I specifically asked if they would refund my shipping (since clearly it was their fault - they sent me the wrong item) and was told yes. Well, it turns out that DataVision does not refund any shipping costs, either their original charge to you, nor your cost to ship the item back (see the Return Policy under Customer Service). So, I had the privilege of paying roughly $14 for nothing - the cost they charged me originally for shipping + the my cost of shipping the item back to them, all because they shipped me the wrong thing to begin with. There are many other e-retailers to choose from and for me, DataVision lost a customer for life.

Don't suppose there's any way I could jam a 15.6" laptop in there? I bought a really nice Swiss Gear case online, and it turns out it's way too big for my laptop. (It was made for 17" laptops.) This is really cheap and all, but I don't want to come out of this with one more laptop case I can't use.

I have had this bag for the last two years and it has held up very well. I take it pretty much everywhere with me, to class, through the airport etc. I have a 14.1" laptop and between it and its adapter it's a pretty snug fit, I can put a mouse in there too but a bigger laptop is probably a no-go. The zippers are all high quality, so there's no worries about breaking which I've had happen with previous bags. There's plenty of compartments to help keep everything organized and it does a good job of keeping everything inside safe. Just my two cents.
