Awesome deal. I never see Tide Pods on sale.
This has been 19 bucks since August...
Beware, sometimes the pod doesn't dissolve. I had a king-size mattress pad and sheet ruined because there was blue stuff all over it and the pod kind of melted into the pad. There's a lot of reviews just like this.
@pooflady: Agreed. I had it happen only it stuck itself onto the seal in my front load kenmore elite + goop all over the clothes. Was not a fun cleanup....
Gee, now you guys are starting to scare me. I was going to post that the normal price for 90 pod's at BJ's is only $18.95
I had that happen once as well, it seems to only happen if u throw them in on top or with a ton of clothes.
I don't have any trouble when i let a little water gather in the bottom then drop it in then pile in the clothes.
Living in an apartment with shared laundry I gotta say these are lifesavers. Better than lugging a jug of detergent that gets stolen but if you overload the washer it might not dissolve all the way if it gets stuck in somewhere. However easy fix is an additional rinse.
@darkinc: But you can't do that with a front loader. And the pod did go in before the mattress pad.
Stocking up to give these out at Halloween.
Pft. Not thrifty enough. $13.47 for 185 loads. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Arm-Hammer-Alpine-Clean-Laundry-Detergent-12.24-lb/19407687
90 at Sam's is $21.48
I've never had any problem with these. Very convenient they are. However, since now I have a washer and dryer inside my apartment instead of having to carry laundry up and down stairs and across my apartment complex, I'll probably get something cheaper.
@pooflady: Ah I cannot comment for those front loaders, I always use them in top loaders or ones with a dedicated detergent spot.
Top loader experience only, but...water.....pod.....clothes....never had a problem. These are very convenient and they, well, feel neat when you pick'em up.
I use them in a front loader and have had no problems with them (of course, now........). I throw them right into the tub before the clothes as the directions say to do. To the person that said that they put them in the laundry detergent receptable how do they dissolve? I might have to try that.
Walmart have 72 for $17.97

Has anybody tried the pods along with the Tide Boost Pods instead of bleach?
