Purchased the Witcher 2 for 360. Total cost was $10.70 with tax and free shipping. Not a bad deal. Cheapest on Amazon was used for $20

Sadly the only game I wanted MvC3 is sold out.

Dang, I was gonna pick up Lollipop Chainsaw and Kingdoms of Amalur but both are sold out. :(

Definitely some really good deals. I wanted Sleeping Dogs but it was Sold Out. So I just grabbed Max Payne 3 and Asura's Wrath. I would have grabbed Dead or Alive 5 but they already announced a new version of the game called DOA 5 Ultimate so that would have been a waste. All the other good games I already own.

Had a sweet order all ready to go, had a hiccup in the system and it wouldn't process my credit card. System informed me to contact customer service, which I did, and proceeded to have an hour long conversation with a very confused gentleman who set my order back up over the phone and tried to process again. After keeping me waiting a good 10 minutes, he came back to explain the reason I did not receive a confirmation email was because their credit card system was down. He then said he would be giving me a call back in 15 minutes to complete the order. 15 minutes came and went, no phone call, and when I was back around a computer, all the games I really wanted were gone.

Spoke to another representative after that final failed attempt and was told the best she could do was place our conversation into her file to be reviewed by someone above her. Apparently there are no complaint lines or managers available to speak to.

Just a prime example of MS' garbage customer service.

I went to buy two games for my brother as presents and the first time I checked out it gave me no problems. Then I noticed that Microsoft never billed me so I check into it only to learn that they suppressed the order because my shipping address was different than my billing address. After I learn this I call to place the order over the phone. Only to learn that they won't let me because of the suppressed order. I also noticed that was no place to leave feedback on my representative or leave a complaint. I have been a Microsoft fan for a long time, but this might have been the straw that broke the camels back.
